From design to series production, from order terms to our certificates: answers to the questions most often asked about packaging projects.

Design and prototyping
An image of the product and its approximate dimensions are usually enough to prepare the first design proposal. Sharing a technical drawing or 3D data (STEP, etc.) speeds up the design process and makes it more accurate. Where possible, we also recommend sending us a sample of the product for prototype testing.
Prototype lead time varies from project to project, depending on the product's structure and the complexity of the packaging. Because we produce corrugated prototypes on our digital cutting equipment without the need for a cutting die, this time is considerably shorter; plastic packaging prototypes are also prepared at short notice in our own facilities. We share a schedule specific to your project after reviewing your request.
Prototype terms are set according to the scope of the project and the series production plan, and are shared with you together with your quote.
Yes. We share the 3D assembly view and the dimensioned dieline of the packaging with you, and move on to the prototype stage once you approve the design.

Production and orders
The minimum order quantity depends on the structure of the packaging and the production method. For product-specific corrugated packaging, we generally start from 500 units; for plastic products, depending on the product type, from around 1 pallet or 100 kg. For digitally printed packaging, low-volume production is also possible, as no cutting die or printing plate is required. We confirm the quantity for your project once we have reviewed your request.
Delivery is planned separately for each project, based on the structure of the product-specific packaging, the order quantity and the project's launch schedule. After prototype approval, we set the series production schedule together with you and secure shipments in line with that schedule.
Yes. The outer packaging, divider system, PE foam, bubble film and bags are designed by the same engineering team to fit together, and delivered in a single shipment.
Our engineering team recommends the flute type after assessing the product's weight, stacking height and shipping distance. As a general guide, E or B flute is preferred for light and printed packaging, C or BC flute for general shipping packaging, and seven-layer BCA board for heavy-duty applications.
Yes. We offer stock management and consignment stock arrangements under terms agreed within the scope of the project, helping your production planning run without interruption.
In series production, we apply two-colour printing. For low and medium volumes, digital printing allows full-colour printing with no colour limitations. With both methods, your corporate colours are matched using RAL and Pantone references.

Quality and compliance
Our certificates: ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management system), ISO 45001:2018 (OHS management system), FSC® C217820 (responsibly sourced paper and board). Current copies of the certificates are available on our Certificates page.
Our corrugated packaging is recyclable in the paper waste stream. We produce our plastic products as mono-material structures and, on request, offer recycled raw material options.
Yes. We have been exporting to the European market since 2011; with our production site in Bulgaria and our transfer warehouse in France, we are located close to our customers in Europe.
Yes. By coating the surface of corrugated sheets with a special paint that protects against electrostatic discharge, we produce ESD-protective box and divider systems for electronic components that are sensitive to static electricity.
