Beyond protecting the part
In the automotive supply chain, the role of packaging is not limited to protecting the part. Packaging is also responsible for ensuring that the part can be picked ergonomically on the assembly line, that the quantity per pack remains constant, that pallet and container volume is used efficiently and that long-distance export shipments are completed without damage.
With more than twenty years of automotive experience, we address these requirements together from the very start of the design, offering corrugated packaging, divider systems, PE foam and plastic inner protection within a single engineering approach.

The geometry, weight and surface sensitivity of the part determine the structure of the packaging.
