Every product differs in its geometry, weight, surface sensitivity and journey through the supply chain. For us, packaging is the outcome of an engineering process that begins with analysing this information.
Every solution goes through structural design, 3D modelling and a physical prototype, and protects the product while also taking stacking, transport and line-feeding efficiency into account. We combine a quarter of a century of experience with production that brings corrugated and plastic packaging together under one roof.

Process
From analysis to series production
Every project begins with an analysis of the product and the supply chain, takes shape through 3D design, is validated with a prototype and moves into series production with your approval.

Analysis
The product's dimensions, weight, sensitive surfaces and shipping conditions are assessed together.

Structural design
The outer packaging, dividers and inner protection are modelled in 3D as a single whole; the flute type is chosen to suit the load.

Prototype
The approved design is produced by digital cutting without a die and tested with the actual product.

Series production
Once the prototype is approved, series production starts with the same dimensions and material specifications.
