Material and approach
A second layer that wraps the product directly
Plastic packaging is the second layer of protection that wraps the product directly inside the outer packaging. It protects painted and glossy surfaces against scratches, and machined metal surfaces against moisture and dust.
Known in the industry as Bayındır Plastik, our plastic packaging group was established in 2010 with an investment in low-density polyethylene (LDPE) production and, by complementing corrugated packaging, has become an integral part of our integrated production structure.
As a result, the outer packaging and the internal protection are developed by the same engineering team as solutions that fit each other perfectly.

Bubble film
In rolls and sheets; small and large bubble. PE foam-laminated, HDPE film-laminated, print-laminated and perforated.

Bubble bags
Easy insertion and scratch protection thanks to a PE foam-laminated inner surface; options with a self-seal flap (double-sided tape) and in colour.

PE bags
From small part packaging to covers for large products; in various sizes and thicknesses, clear or printed.

Shrink film
Polyethylene film that shrinks with heat to take the shape of the product; perforated, coloured and printed options available.

Common questions
Yes. The outer packaging, divider system, PE foam, bubble film and bags are designed by the same engineering team to fit together, and delivered in a single shipment.
Yes. We produce our plastic products as easy-to-recycle mono-material structures and, on request, also offer recycled raw material options.
Prototype lead time varies from project to project depending on the product's structure and the complexity of the packaging. Plastic packaging prototypes are prepared quickly in our own facilities. We share a project-specific schedule with you once we have assessed your request.
An image of the product and its approximate dimensions are usually enough to prepare the first design proposal. Sharing a technical drawing or 3D data (STEP, etc.) speeds up the design process and makes it more accurate.
